PROBLEM FORMULATION
Here we analyzed:
1. Website of the fashion agency Next Models - we will show how the site presents it smodels, what results from such a presentation of the model, how accessible the site is, and our recommendations for improving the site.
2. Competition - Analysis of competition, we will look at which other fashion agencies exist in the market that offer good and similar conditions to models as the agency Next.
DATA COLLECTION TECHNIQUE
Using Google Trends, we plan to see how and what people look for when they type “next model Canada”, “models in Canada”, “model agency Canada”, how popular the agency is through Google Trends in Canada and America, a comparative search for the word modeling Europe and modeling Canada and determine where people are searching from. We will search for domains and potential keywords. In order to view the competition, we use the SEMRush, SimilarWeb tool to determine how strong the review competition is between Next andcompetitors. Through Facebook, we will find out what type of person searches for keywords related to the modeling business in the Next Models agency with whom he connects, what competing agencies offer, etc.

From Chart II we notice that people searching the nexmodels.ca domain also searches for words like next models Toronto, next models, but are also interested in working for Next agency. Besides searching for information about the work of the nextmodels agency, people are also interested in the work of models while by being interested in certain models, people try to find out what is necessary for success in the fashion industry, campaigns that famous models worked on during their careers, etc.
In the following chart showing the traffic through Google Trends, we see that the traffic was the highest from April 22 to 28, 2018, while before and after that the traffic was lower:

Based on these data, we conclude that the agency Next is mostly searched by people from Canada, but also from the United States. Using the SimilarWeb site, we find out the ranking of the Next agency and competing agencies and we got the following results.
Through SimilarWeb, we notice how people come to the website.

Chart V shows the popularity of Next Canada on social media. According to search engines, we see that 13.04% of people reach the site by typing in the domain, while 85.86% of them reach the agency’s site by typing keywords into the Google search engine, which reaches the Next agency site. There are no links to the Next agency’s website through other sites and blogs, as well as advertisements through which people would be referred to the site, and also through e-mails.

Lizbellagency.com also invests more in social media activities than nextmodels.ca. Most people type the direct domain lisbellagency into the search engine, but keywords related to nextmodels.ca are still the most searched through Google search.
In the section recommendations and reviews, the agency has a rating of 4.9 by followers: I related the biggest weaknesses of the site to the weaker direct activity on social networks in relation to competitors, as well as the lack of paid advertisements of the agency.
